The Australian Industrial Relations Commission /Australian Industrial Registry has undertaken a review consistent with the Government’s five-year review schedule for existing arrangements which is included in the Employment and Workplace Relations Portfolio Cost Recovery Impact Statement. The review found that the Australian Industrial Relations Commission /Australian Industrial Registry did not have any cost recovery arrangements in place or cost recovery was deemed to be insignificant.
