You must be:

• an Australian citizen to be eligible for engagement as an ongoing (permanent) or a non-ongoing (temporary) employee
• of good character, and
• medically fit to perform the duties of the job.

You cannot be engaged within 12 months of receiving a redundancy benefit from an APS or Commonwealth employer.
