We’re committed to creating a respectful and inclusive space for everyone. To help us do this, we ask that all interactions remain relevant and considerate. We won’t engage with content that is offensive, including material that is pornographic, discriminatory, hateful, threatening, or intended to insult, humiliate, or intimidate others.

When engaging on our social media channels, we kindly ask that you:
- Protect your privacy and others’ by avoiding the sharing of personal details (like names, email/ home addresses or phone numbers).
- be yourself. Please don’t impersonate or misrepresent others.
- keep things respectful and avoid making defamatory comments.
- be kind and considerate. No offensive, abusive, hateful or threatening language.
- respect intellectual property and only share content you have the right to post.
- avoid repeat posting or sharing the same message multiple times.
- share accurate information and help prevent the spread of misinformation.
- keep it non-commercial and non-political.
- avoid posting external links, unless they are to trusted sources like Australian government (.gov.au) websites
- stick to facts and avoid making unverified claims about people or organisations.
- follow the law. Don’t encourage illegal behaviour or anything that could cause harm.
- be inclusive and respectful of everyone, and don’t promote hatred or discrimination of any kind or incite others, including based on:
- race
- gender
- relationship status
- disability
- sexuality
- age
- respect legal processes. Please don’t discuss active legal cases or anything covered by court restrictions.
- stay on topic so everyone can get the most out of the conversation.
How we manage and moderate content
Our channels are monitored during business hours.
We want everyone to have a positive experience on our social media channels. To help with this, we may remove comments that don’t follow our terms of use, and in some cases, we may limit comments or block users.
