An independent assurance review of the Targeted Compliance Framework (TCF), undertaken by Deloitte from December 2024 to June 2025, examined the system operating the TCF against operational policy, business rules and IT.
The Statement of Assurance is an assessment of the current state of the TCF and supporting operations.
This Statement was updated on 26 September 2025 and replaces the Statement of Assurance dated 18 June 2025.
