Showcasing the talent and dedication behind Australia’s skills system
The Australian Training Awards shine a national spotlight on the talent, innovation and commitment that keep our VET sector thriving. Each year, the Australian Training Awards recognises individuals and organisations who are helping Australians build skills for life and foster meaningful careers.
Finalists will also have the chance to join the Australian VET Alumni, a passionate group of VET advocates who share their stories across Australia and around the world. It is a unique opportunity to inspire future leaders and raise the profile of skills-based careers.
This year the event will be hosted in Sydney, bringing together finalists, state and territory award winners and the wider VET community for a night of celebration and national recognition. An Australian Training Award is more than just a trophy. It is a way to be recognised as a leader in your field and to highlight the impact you or your organisation has made.
Ready to nominate?
Nominations can be submitted on the Australian Training Awards website and close on 20 May 2026. You can also learn more about the VET Alumni by visiting the Your Career website.
