National Skills Week (23–29 August 2021) is all about celebrating the achievements made possible through vocational education and training (VET). Join in the celebrations and find out more through a variety of events across the country, and online.

This National Skills Week, Australians are invited to re-think the benefits of VET and find out how it can be the perfect pathway to a great career. Events include webinars, expo’s, livestream events, workshops, and various information sessions held in-person or online.

There is something for everyone, whether you are just starting your career or looking for a change; you are an employer; or perhaps you’re a parent or mentor wanting to encourage or inspire a young person in your life.

Attend a webinar to discover what skills will be needed in the future, or what you need to know as the parent or guardian of a school leaver.

Get inspired about how far VET can take you with events like the Australian WorldSkills National Championships and Skills Show, and the Careers with STEM: Apprenticeships and Traineeships Webinar.

For a full list of events and information on how to get involved visit the National Skills Week website.
