The VET Student Experience Survey is a new online survey asking current students about their training experience. The survey is run by the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER) and will run in waves throughout the year.
Results will be provided back to participating Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), and to the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), to support continuous improvements to training.
NCVER is asking selected RTOs in each wave for help to make the survey a success by promoting the survey to their students. Each participating RTO will receive a short infographic report summarising their students' responses, where enough students respond to ensure reliable information. The more students who complete the survey, the better the quality of results.
Selected RTO's will be contacted week commending 5 April 2021, and students can expect to be contacted in May.
