Who is a referring agency?
Referring agencies are the link between job seekers and the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program. Services Australia, Workforce Australia, Disability Employment Services, Community Development Program, Transition to Work, and ParentsNext providers are able to refer job seekers to the program so they can access training and support to build their language, literacy and numeracy skills.

After determining a job seeker’s eligibility and agreement, referring agencies are required to make an appointment for a Pre-Training Assessment on the job seeker’s behalf with a SEE provider.
Pre-Training Assessment appointments should be made and confirmed with the job seeker at the time of referral.
