Getting the SEE Program ‘Job Ready’ This project seeks to prepare Youth, Aboriginals and Torres Strait Islander people and other job seekers for entry level roles in a variety of industries including retail, hospitality, community services, aged care, and business services by delivering a contextualised skill set and with the support of a pathway advisor. Skills Set Pathways This project will trial delivery of LLND embedded VET units with the aim of preparing women from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds, with LLND training needs to access practical, contextualised training to obtain skills sets that match current industry demand, in preparation for employment. Get Ready for Hospitality’ - Accelerating LLND Skills Growth for Industry Readiness This project will trial contextualised LLND learning opportunities related to future work and/or VET goals with the use of hand-on learning activities and concrete work skills and micro-credential units as a pathway to contextualised Hospitality qualifications. Civil Pathways This project will be seeking to design, develop and facilitate a targeted SEE contextualised program for eligible job seekers to strengthen pathways into further study via apprenticeships and direct employment in the civil industry in South Australia. Status 26 October 2021
SEE Warehousing Employment Pathway This project will trial delivery of contextualised training to eligible jobseekers in a simulated work environment, so that customers are equipped with the skills and knowledge for entry level roles in the Transport and Logistics industry. Working with their affiliated employment services arm and the local network of employers in the transport and logistics industry, the project will offer training in a simulated warehouse and involve practical skills that are required in the Transport and Logistics industry. Dual Qualification EAL/Cert III in Health Services Assistance The purpose of this project is to provide intensive and specialised LLND support and tuition to students from a CALD background as a pathway to successfully complete a Cert III in Health Service Assistance. Equine Assisted Learning Using Equine Assisted Learning as an educational intervention to re-connect difficult to engage participants, developing their leadership and employability skills that will support them to enter or re-enter the workforce, proceed to further study or develop their mentoring skills for managerial/supervisory work. Local industry driven intensive pre-employment training TAFE SA will design and deliver training that is informed by partner agencies local industry knowledge, which will focus on the requirements of local employers and through intensive, industry-specific training, provide entry level jobseekers with the skills and knowledge to move into employment. Project is an intensive program for participants who have demonstrated they are ready for, or close to, an employment or further training outcome. TAFE SA 13 April 2022
Dual Qualification LLND (EAL or CGEA) / Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care This project provides specialised LLND support and tuition to clients with LLND barriers to enable them to successfully complete a VET certificate – Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care. Applying digital technologies in the SEE program NM TAFE will create and develop a SEE Skill Set in Digital Technologies (SSDT). The skill set will be integrated and contextualised into LLND training.
NM TAFE will trial the delivery of the SSDT for clients at ACSF levels 1 and 2 and will provide them with confidence to utilise basic skills and knowledge in digital technology in the workplace such as office applications, workplace skills, to design and digital imaging. Students will be supported by a Pathway Advisor who will also work employment service providers and local industry to promote the SSDT and facilitate career pathways in the ICT industries.

Dream of IT Careers This project focused on delivering LLND training and support contextualised within a VET mainstream course focussing on IT, to scaffold learners in preparation for a traineeship with an IT company. The unique elements of the project include broad collaboration of TAFE SA with an IT specialist training organisation, an Apprenticeship Network provider, culturally specific mentoring group and an indigenous training and recruitment group to create a sustainable employment pathway for job seekers. Creating Digital Literacy Pathways  This project will trial to engage and support First Nations job seekers in the Yorke Peninsula region to improve their work readiness and digital skills in preparation for potential employment with the local council, tourism or horticulture industries.
The project will focus 3 learning outcomes digital skills development, embedding reading, writing and digital literacy in the context of local Indigenous flora and work readiness preparation skills, such as resume writing and learning about relevant vocational pathways in the local community.

Pathways to the hospitality industry  The project will trial to prepare and support SEE clients to complete contextualised VET units in the hospitality industry and improve their employability skills through employment-focussed training combined with local work experience. 
The project includes contextualised LLND training, theory and practical VET industry training and work experience placements in local hospitality venues. An employment mentor will support clients to achieve specific outcomes and support them during their work placements. 
The project will be conducted in collaboration with an RTO which will deliver the VET hospitality units, local employers who have identified skills shortages the project aim to address.
