Patrick Kidd OBE OAM
Digital Skills Organisation - Chief Executive Officer
Patrick commenced in the position as the Chief Executive Officer of the Digital Skills Organisation in October 2020. Prior to his appointment, Patrick worked for Infosys, where he led the program team implementing a large-scale digital transformation program into Services Australia.
From November 2016 to October 2020, Patrick was the Chief Executive Officer for the Invictus Games Sydney.
Patrick brings significant training expertise to the DSO, following a thirty-year career in the British Army (1985-2005) and the Australian Defence Force (2005-2015).

Yasmin Allen’s current roles include Non-Executive Director at ASX; Chairman of Advance; Non Executive Director of Cochlear Ltd; Director of Santos Ltd, the National Portrait Gallery and the George Institute for Global Health; a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors; and Acting President of The Takeovers Panel. Yasmin has previously held the position of Vice President of Deutsche Bank, Director of ANZ Investment Bank in Sydney and Director with HSBC in London. ASX is one of the world’s leading financial market exchanges, and provides a full suite of services including listings, trading, clearing, settlement, technical and information services, and other post-trade services.

David Masters
Atlassian - Global Public Policy Director
David Masters is the Director of Global Public Policy at Atlassian. Prior to this role he was the Corporate Affairs Director at Microsoft Australia and is currently the Chair of the Information and Communication Technology Industry Reference Committee. David has previously held the position of ICT Practice Director for public affairs consultancy Parker & Partners and has worked for the Australian Government as a senior public servant/adviser on a range of ICT policy issues.

Tom Moore
WithYouWithMe - Chief Executive Officer
Tom Moore is the CEO of WithYouWithMe (WYWM) and has previously held executive roles with Mentorconnect and OneAffiniti, a digital marketing agency, following service with the Australian Army. WYWM is a military veteran training and outplacement company, founded by veterans to train veterans to fill skills gaps in industry. WYWM was launched in December 2016 to promote and support the outplacement of veterans looking to transition from the military into civilian life and employment in the private sector. One sector of focus for WYWM is cyber security. WithYouWithMe is named as number one on the 2019 Asia Pacific Technology Fast 500™.

Alex Badenoch
Telstra - Group Executive
Telstra is Australia’s leading telecommunications and technology company, offering a full range of communications services and competing in all telecommunications markets.
Since August 2016, Alex has held multiple Human Resources roles at Telstra, most recently becoming Telstra’s Group Executive Transformation, Communications and People in February 2020. In this role, Alex is accountable for Telstra’s transformation roadmap and orchestrating the delivery of its key priorities with a focus on transforming the way employees work.
Prior to this, Alex was the Director of Human Resources, Corporate Affairs and Customer at Asciano, Australia’s largest rail and ports operator, and brings a wealth of experience dealing with a highly diversified and international workforce.

Emma Weston
AgriDigital – Chief Executive Officer & Co Founder
AgriDigital is an Australian start-up that uses new technology to digitise and de-risk agricultural supply chains. With new releases planned and underway in Australia, AgriDigital launched its platform in the United States of America in 2019 and will launch in Canada in 2020.
As AgriDigital’s CEO and co-founder, Emma leads all aspects of the business’ strategy, stakeholder engagement, blockchain and talent management with oversight of the sales, broader technology and operational environments. Her diverse career experience includes lawyer, agribusiness executive, start-up mentor and executive coach.
In 2017, Emma was recognised as the Female Fintech Leader of the Year in Australia and was also named a Top 25 Fintech Influencer by Finder.com.au. Emma is a former director of the Australian Digital Commerce Association and former Deputy Chair of FinTech Australia Ltd.

Marc Washbourne
ReadyTech - Chief Executive Officer
ReadyTech (ASX:RDY) provides people management SaaS and software technology solutions for educators, employers and facilitators of career transitions.
Marc has 20 years’ experience in building technology for the education and employment sectors. A former software developer, Marc couples a technical background with high calibre business acumen to drive the overall vision and strategy of the ReadyTech group, leading the company to an ASX listing in 2019. He is a strong advocate for the customer, leading the group’s thinking on the value SaaS and additional services can add.
Marc is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has undertaken the Company Directors Course, and is on the advisory board of Year13, a digital business that supports young people transition from school.

Dennis Dragatogiannis
DXC Technology- Global Labor Executive
DXC Technology is an American multinational corporation that provides business to business IT services. The company is one of the world’s largest systems integrators and a large employer of information technology talent in Australia.
Dennis Dragatogiannis leads the strategy identification, development and implementation across the Global Contingent workforce for DXC. Dennis has more than 25 years of professional experience including leadership within IT outsourcing industry, focusing on business strategy development, efficiency improvements and performance management. He is recognised as a Subject Matter Expert in global labour program strategy and delivery, agency contracting and statement of work (services).
