Overall performance results

At the end of December 2025, based on up to 12 months of performance data:

  • 6.5% of licences (11 licences) achieved a High overall rating.
  • 77.5% of licences (131 licences) achieved a Moderate overall rating.
  • 14.2% of licences (24 licences) received a Low overall rating.
  • 1.8% of licences (3 licences) were not reported, as they commenced delivering services from 1 July 2025 and do not yet have sufficient data for assessment.
