Job description
Tasks involved:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Keep up to date with and meet the needs of client dietary requirements.
- Work closely with kitchen operations and personal care teams.
- Follow safety and hygiene procedures.
- Communicate respectfully with clients, their families and work colleagues.
- Ability to stand for extended periods or long shifts.
- Ability to use manual handling equipment (tray stackers they use to transport meals).

- Accredited training in using hygienic practices for food safety.

- Mentoring to support your success during the project and at employment commencement.
