Labour Hire Senior Officials’ Working Group Final Report

National Model Law Principles for Labour Hire Regulation.

Workplace Relations (WR) senior officials from the Commonwealth and Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia, South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory met from November 2025 to June 2026 to develop a report on options towards a nationally consistent approach to labour hire regulation, including developing national model law principles. WR senior officials from Queensland also attended meetings in an information-sharing capacity.
