The Australian Government is undertaking the largest reform to employment services since 1998 through implementation of the New Employment Services Model (new model) to commence in July 2022.
On 10 September 2020, the department released a Discussion Paper outlining the proposed licensing system for the New Employment Services Model commencing July 2022.
