Yes. Parent Pathways mentors provide personalised support, such as advice about what you might like to do, or practical help to achieve a particular goal. Through Parent Pathways you can get help to achieve your personal, study or work goals. Whether you need help to find the right course, just need advice, or are looking for financial assistance to help you reach those goals – there is a range of support available to you.

To find out if a transfer is possible, you can speak with your provider or call our National Customer Service Line 1800 805 260. They can confirm whether another provider is available and help complete the transfer if it can be arranged.

If you have been connected with a provider but have not yet commenced, you can ask that provider to transfer you to another provider if that is more convenient.

If you do not want to change providers but would prefer to work with a different mentor, you can ask your provider to arrange this for you.
