Workforce Australia - Points Based Activation System training module
This module gives providers the information they need to support participants to meet their mutual obligations using the Points Based Activation System (PBAS). Participants in Workforce Australia Services have been assessed or have chosen to seek tailored support from a provider to help them move towards employment.
Your knowledge and expertise in understanding the participant’s circumstances, including their strengths, interests, and barriers to employment, will enable you to provide tailored servicing.
Activation and Mandatory Activity Requirements Training Module
This course gives providers an overview of activation and mandatory activity requirements and what they need to do to help participants achieve these by the activation point. This module provides you with the information you need to understand the activation requirement, and what happens if a participant does not meet the activation requirement by the activation point. It will also give you information to help you understand your obligations as a provider to support the
