Australian Spatial Analytics Ltd - Neurodiverse Digital Careers Program
Activity Summary
Participants in the Neurodiverse Digital Career program will be employed at Australian Spatial Analytics (ASA) as Junior Data Analysts in Brisbane and Melbourne. ASA’s Learning and Development and Service Delivery team will provide real paid work experience, structured work-readiness training and tailored coaching to increase employability skills, self-confidence and improve work readiness. On completion of the Placement, ASA will work with Participants to secure ongoing employment within ASA, with partners in the spatial and engineering sectors or with allied social enterprises and community organisations.
‘Yoorana’ Women’s Domestic Violence & Resources Service Inc - The Second Life Op Shop Employment Project
Activity Summary
The Second Life Women’s Hub Employment Project is designed to empower women who have been affected by domestic and family violence by creating pathways into meaningful and sustainable employment. The project not only provides Participants with job readiness training and skills development but also offers a supportive and trauma-informed environment where women can rebuild their confidence and independence through paid work experience. Structured training and mentoring, offered during the paid Placement, will help Participants develop practical, transferable skills in areas such as retail operations, customer service, business development, and administration. On completion of the Placement, Participants will be supported into local ongoing employment.
Connect Northern Rivers Inc - The Fulfilment Project - Connecting Futures, One Shipment at a Time
Activity Summary
The Fulfilment Project will use NextShip, a social enterprise warehouse in the heart of Lismore, created to give local young people their first real step into the workforce. Participants are employed in a supportive, small-team environment where they can learn practical skills, earn an income, and build the confidence needed to move into long-term employment or study. The Placements combine paid shifts in NextShip’s warehouse with training and wraparound support. Participants are introduced to real workplace expectations - turning up on time, communicating with supervisors, and handling stock safely - but in an environment where they are supported, guided, and encouraged every step of the way. On completion of the Placement, Participants will be supported into ongoing employment within the organisations or with local employers.
Kirinari Community Services Ltd - Rise Hospitality Training and Employment
Activity Summary
Rise Hospitality Placements will support Participants to build skills, confidence, and pathways into sustainable employment. Placements will include Baristas and Home Care worker positions. These Placements will combine three core components: paid work, capability training tailored to the position, and personalised wraparound support services. On completion of the Placement, Kirinari intends to support Participants into secure ongoing work within the organisation or with other supportive local businesses in the same fields.
APY Art Centre Collective Aboriginal Corporation - Blak Catalyst, Jobs for First Nations Art Workers
Activity Summary
APYACC ‘s Blak Catalyst, Jobs for First Nations Art Workers Project will see the Placement of Participants from specifically identified geographic service areas into paid, supportive employment within three APYACC Galleries – Adelaide (Thebarton), Sydney (Darlinghurst), and Melbourne (Docklands). The program Participants will be supported and equipped with the right skills to facilitate ongoing employment within Australia's creative and cultural economy. On completion of the Placement, Participants will be supported into local ongoing employment.
Jigsaw Group (Aus) Limited - Preparing for Work, Through Work with Jigsaw
Activity Summary
Jigsaw is a social enterprise that trains and transitions people with a disability into employment. Jigsaw’s Prepare for work, through work model empowers individuals to develop core, transferable work skills, paid employment delivering on business services contracts for Jigsaw's corporate and government clients, and transition to secure employment at their own pace. This project will employ eligible Participants for up to 6-months within Jigsaw, supporting them with work skills training, career mentoring and transition into a job with our network of supportive employers on completion of Placement.
Jobs South West Inc - JobsNOW
Activity Summary
The JobsNOW program is a targeted employment initiative supporting people to secure and sustain meaningful work in the Peel, Rockingham and South West regions of Perth. By partnering with local businesses and community organisations, the program provides tailored assistance, helping Participants overcome barriers and transition into secure work through a paid employment Placement. Skilled Employment Specialists will deliver intensive, wrap-around support to both Participants and employers with available roles in support work, retail, food preparation and handling, packing and logistics. On completion of the Placement, Participants will be supported into local ongoing employment.
Easy Appliances Pty Ltd - GOODSERCLE Circular Economy Jobs Pathways
Activity Summary
GOODSERCLE’s Circular Economy Jobs Pathway will deliver paid WorkFoundations Placements in Melbourne’s northeast. Participants will gain hands-on experience in circular economy roles such as appliance repair, refurbishment, logistics, and administration. Each Placement will run for up to 6 months, supported by tailored wraparound services. On completion, Participants will be transitioned into ongoing employment opportunities - either directly with GOODSERCLE or through local employer partners. This project will contribute to sustainable workforce development and build capacity in the growing circular economy sector.
Employment Options Incorporated - Raising the Game
Activity Summary
The Raising the Game project will see social enterprise Employment Options utilise digital innovation to employ neurodivergent youth as Quality Assurance testers in the rapidly growing gaming industry in South Australia. The paid employment Placements will be based in Adelaide, training will be provided on the job, and individuals will have opportunities to transition into ongoing sustainable employment on completion of their Placement either with Employment Options or through local employer partners.
Lighthouse Youth Projects Incorporated - Track2Work
Activity Summary
Lighthouse Youth Projects Incorporated’s Track to Work program supports youth and unemployed people into sustainable employment through a structured, holistic approach. Participants start in paid employment from commencement, supported by mentoring and wraparound services. The program blends hands-on work, such as mountain bike trail repair and mechanical skills, with targeted training to build confidence, teamwork, and job readiness. Participants are employed under award-based agreements and then placed with host employers in industries like construction, transport, manufacturing, and local government. On completion of the Track to Work Placement, Participants will be supported into ongoing employment with the organisations or with local employer partners.
Barunga Village Incorporated - Pathways to Potential
Activity Summary
Barunga Village’s Pathways to Potential program will provide paid employment Placements for up to six-months for people facing barriers to work in the Port Broughton region in South Australia. Participants can gain hands-on experience in a range of roles such as hospitality, cleaning, maintenance, administration, and direct care, supported by structured training, allied health services, and career mentoring. The program also strengthens Barunga Village’s recruitment and retention practices, fostering a more inclusive workplace. On completion of the Placement, Barunga Village will work with Participants to secure ongoing employment either within the organisations or through partnerships with local employers.
Coles Group Ltd - Coles Deadly Career Foundation Program
Activity Summary
The Coles Deadly Career Foundation Program is a targeted initiative to support Indigenous job seekers secure meaningful employment. The program will create new employment opportunities across Australia. Coles will fund structured, on-the-job training and employment Placements across various roles within the Coles Group, including retail, logistics, and corporate functions. Each Placement will be customised to match the skills, experience, and career aspirations of job seekers. The program aims to build work readiness in a nurturing and culturally sensitive environment, supported by wraparound services. Participants will gain experience in roles aligned with their skills, interests, and needs, while earning real wages. To support career growth, Coles offers Leadership Development Pathways for employees who successfully transition into their workforce. These pathways enable progression into supervisory, management, and leadership roles - empowering Indigenous employees to reach their full potential as future leaders.
Coomaditchie United Aboriginal Corporation - Coomaditchie United Aboriginal Corporation's (CUAC) Work-Fit program
Activity Summary
Coomaditchie United Aboriginal Corporation's (CUAC) CUAC Work-Fit program will provide paid employment opportunities for up to 6 months for eligible Participants. Their business arms include the award-winning Arts program, bush foods and regeneration initiatives, as well as cultural tourism ventures. Combined with a comprehensive work readiness program, paid practical workplace experience, and integrated wraparound support, the CUAC Work-Fit program will empower job seekers to launch their careers.
Multiskill Centre Ltd - Supported and Skilled
Activity Summary
Participants in the Supported and Skilled program will be employed at the Groundworks Café located in Mount Isa. All Placements are casual, and hours will increase as a Participant’s experience increases, and each position will be paid under the Restaurant Industry Award 2020. All Placements will be for a period of up to 6 months; each Participant will be supported by a mentor, work in a nurturing environment to increase a Participant’s employability and support the Participant’s journey with wrap around services. On completion of the Placement, employment opportunities will be offered at the café or be supported to secure an on-going employment opportunity within the community.
Worn Gundidj Aboriginal Co-operative Ltd - Work, Place and Pathways
Activity Summary
Participants in the Work, Place and Pathways project will be employed across a range of Worn Gundidj’s social enterprises, including a native nursery in Warrnambool, Tower Hill tours, lawncare business for Heywood Rural Health clients, Portland gift shop and community hub, and bush foods e-commerce business. Worn Gundidj’s Social and Emotional Wellbeing team will provide wrap around support services to create a nurturing environment, increase employability and improve cultural connection. On completion of the Placement, Worn Gundidj will work with Participants to secure an on-going employment opportunity within their organisation or support Participants to source employment within the community.
White Box Enterprises - Converge
Activity Summary
White Box’s Converge program will deliver paid employment Placements for up to 6 months. Participants will be placed with a values-aligned employer and employment opportunities will be entry-level roles with clear career pathways, ranging from administration, customer service, warehousing, hospitality and IT Support. The Placements are structured to provide real wages, professional development, and workplace experience in inclusive and supportive environments. Wrap around services such as allied health, transport, communication, and housing will be tailored to each individual’s circumstances, all designed to support successful completion and transition into sustainable on-going employment.
