Job description

Tasks involved:

  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and process items.
  • Provide accurate and timely information.
  • Identify and resolve issues by following established processes and guidelines.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation.

The employer is looking for people who are:

  • 18 years or older
  • from a First Nations background
  • interested in understanding and using online IT applications and systems
  • able to follow procedures and work accurately
  • customer focused
  • a team player who contributes to a positive environment.

Prerequisites required:

  • Available to work full time hours on a rotating roster.
  • Willing to complete a national police check, with no prior record of fraud or assault charges.
  • Provide 100 points of identification, including a birth certificate.
  • Typing speed of approximately 20 words per minute.

  • Life and workplace skills training tailored to the role.
  • Accredited training:
    • ICTICT219 Interact and resolve queries with ICT clients
    • ICTSAS210 Update and maintain hardware, software and documentation inventories
    • ICTSAS211 Develop solutions for basic ICT malfunctions and problems
    • ICTSAS213 Maintain ICT system integrity
  • A site tour and simulated learning.
  • Mentoring to support your success during the project and when you commence in employment.
