WorkFoundations consists of WorkFoundations employers who have created paid employment placements for eligible participants to enter or re-enter the workforce.

WorkFoundations employers will connect participants farthest from the labour market to inclusive workplaces. They will create paid, purposeful placements that build confidence, skills, and pathways to ongoing work.
