The department publishes the results from Post Program Monitoring surveys on a quarterly basis. Under Job Services Australia and jobactive, this was released as part of the Employment Services Outcomes Report.

These results have mostly been archived, with only the final results for jobactive now available online. The department will continue to make Workforce Australia Post Program Monitoring results available, with updates published each quarter.
All previous reports are available on the online Web archive, TROVE.

The most recently completed survey period captures the experiences of people who participated in employment services between July 2021 to June 2022, with detailed findings published in data tables at the following links:

Comparisons between the outcomes reported here and those of other programs should be treated with caution as outcomes are affected by differences in program eligibility, geographical location, education and non-vocational barriers to employment. The Post-Program Monitoring surveys do not control for these differences.
