This module gives providers information about Transition to Work (TtW) outcomes and payments, as well as how and when to claim them.

In this module you'll learn about Transition to Work (TtW) outcomes, when you can claim them and what documentary evidence you'll be required to provide. This module must be completed before making a claim for a TtW outcome payment.
