The Administrator of the Construction and General Division of the CFMEU, Mr Mark Irving KC, has provided his third bi-annual report to the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations.
The Administrator is required to provide the report to the Minister every 6 months under section 323T of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009. The report outlines the Administrator’s activities in the previous 6 months.
The Minister is required to table the report in each House of Parliament within 15 sitting days after the Minister receives it. The report was tabled in the House of Representatives on 11 March 2026 in compliance with this requirement.
