The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (the department) is inviting registered training organisations (RTOs) and other interested stakeholders to have their say on drafts of the refreshed Quality Indicator Student Survey and Quality Indicator Employer Survey.
The Quality Indicator surveys are an important source of feedback from students and employers, helping RTOs understand what's working well and where improvements can be made.
As student and employer expectations, training delivery models and the broader VET environment continue to evolve, this refresh is an opportunity to ensure the surveys collect feedback that is relevant, meaningful and genuinely useful to providers.
By participating in the consultation, you can help shape a survey that delivers more actionable insights, better aligns with the 2025 Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), strengthens continuous improvement efforts, and better supports outcomes for students, employers and your organisation.
