The updated Training Package Organising Framework (TPOF) agreed by Skills Ministers in December 2024 commences on 1 July 2025.

All new training package development projects undertaken by JSCs from 1 July will have to comply with the updated TPOF requirements. This includes consideration of the purpose for qualifications and preparation of training package products on new and updated design templates.
The Approach to Assurance publication has also been updated to reflect the TPOF requirements from 1 July 2025.
