The Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Bill

The Government is proposing a number of changes to Australia’s Workplace Relations laws.

The Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Secure Jobs, Better Pay) Bill 2022 (the Bill) proposes a number of changes to workplace relations laws relating to bargaining, job security, gender equity, compliance and enforcement, workplace conditions and protections and workplace relations institutions.

The Bill was introduced to the House of Representatives on Thursday 27 October 2022. 
On 21 November 2022, the Bill was introduced to the Senate with a number of amendments.
