These Practice Illustrations aim to guide and support RTOs and their staff, including administrators, disability practitioners, trainers and assessors, and compliance/governance staff in building capacity and understanding their obligations under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) (DDA), Disability Standards for Education 2005 (Cth) (DSE) and the 2025 Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
