The Administrator of the Construction and General Division of the CFMEU, Michael Crosby AM, has provided the financial statements for the National Office and state and territory branches of the Construction and General Division of the CFMEU for the 6-month period ending 22 February 2026 to the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations.
The Administrator is required to provide a report to the Minister every 6 months under section 323T of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, outlining the financial activities of the branches under Administration for the preceding 6-month period.
The Minister is required to table the report in each House of Parliament within 15 sitting days after the Minister receives it.
The report was tabled in the House of Representatives on 13 August 2026 in compliance with this requirement and will be tabled in the Senate on its next sitting day.
