The Administrator of the Construction and General Division of the CFMEU, Mr Michael Crosby AM, has provided the fourth bi-annual report to the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations.
The Administrator is required under the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 to provide the Minister with a report about the operation of the scheme of administration every six months.
The Minister must then table the report in each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days after the Minister receives it.
The fourth bi-annual report was tabled in the Senate on 1 October 2026 in compliance with this requirement. Tabling in the House of Representatives will occur on the next available sitting day following tabling in the Senate.
