The Administrator of the Construction and General Division of the CFMEU, Mark Irving KC, has provided the general purpose financial statements for the National Office and state and territory branches of the Construction and General Division of the CFMEU to the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations.
The Administrator is required to provide the report to the Minister every 6 months under section 323T of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009. The report outlines the financial activities of the branches under Administration for the 6 month period ending 2 August 2025.
The Minister is required to table the report in each House of Parliament within 15 sitting days after the Minister receives it.
The report was tabled in the Senate on 4 December 2025 in compliance with this requirement and will be tabled in the House of Representatives on its next sitting day.
