The Administrator of the Construction and General Division of the CFMEU, Mark Irving KC, has provided his second bi-annual report to the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations.
The Administrator is required to provide the report to the Minister every 6 months under section 323T of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009. The report outlines the Administrator’s activities in the previous 6 months.
The Minister is required to table the report in each House of Parliament within 15 sitting days after the Minister receives it. The report was tabled in the House of Representatives on 4 September 2025 in compliance with this requirement, and will be tabled in the Senate on 27 October 2025.
The Administrator is required to include a general purpose financial statement in his report. He has indicated that the union’s annual financial reports are being finalised and will be provided to the Minister and the Fair Work Commission as soon as it is finalised.
