The Australian Training Awards took centre stage on 5 December 2025 in Darwin, Northern Territory, recognising outstanding achievements across Australia’s vocational education and training (VET) sector.

The Australian Training Awards are the nation’s peak awards for VET, showcasing individuals, students, businesses, schools and registered training organisations highlighting best practice for Australia’s skilled workforce.

The Hon Andrew Giles MP, Minister for Skills and Training, congratulated the winners and finalists for their dedication to learners, employers and communities.

“The Australian Training Awards highlight the incredible dedication, drive and diversity that exists across our vocational education and training sector. I congratulate all of this year’s finalists and winners for their hard work. They’re demonstrating that the VET sector offers incredible opportunities, whether you’re from the Top End, Tasmania, regional WA and anywhere in between.”, said the Hon Andrew Giles MP, Minister for Skills and Training.

As part of their recognition, all winners, runners-up and finalists will be invited to join the exclusive Australian VET Alumni program, a network that shares inspiring stories and promotes the value of VET pathways.
