Australia’s jobs and skills system is constantly evolving. New industries are emerging, workforce needs are changing and people are following more diverse pathways through learning and work.
Until 20 November 2026, Jobs & Skills Month provides a national platform to bring together the people and organisations helping to shape Australia’s future workforce.
The 2026 theme, ‘Pathways to success’, highlights the diverse ways Australians develop their skills, build their capabilities and succeed at work.
Throughout the month, organisations from across Australia will host events, share insights, showcase innovation and contribute to a national conversation about the future of jobs and skills.
