Announcement of the Local Jobs, Local People Grants

A total of 49 organisations have been funded to deliver Local Jobs, Local People grant projects that will better connect job seekers with employers, training and tailored assistance.

Ten million dollars in grants are being delivered as part of the extension of the Local Jobs Program to 30 June 2027.

The projects will be aligned to the workforce needs of each region, helping job seekers move into work while supporting local employers to meet workforce needs.
