This is Appendix D to the Migrant Workers' Taskforce Final Report - Research conducted into the Information Needs of Vulnerable Temporary Migrant Workers about Workplace Laws. The research was conducted to inform the work of the Migrant Workers' Taskforce, providing better insights into the experiences of temporary migrant workers when it comes to accessing information about Australia's workplace laws.

This is the Government's response to the report of the Migrant Workers' Taskforce Final Report. In the response, the Government provides in-principle support to all 22 recommendations made by the Taskforce. The Government Response was released on 7 March 2019.

The Migrant Workers Taskforce was established in 2016.  It was asked to identify further proposals for improvements in law, law enforcement and investigation, and other practical measures to more quickly identify and rectify any cases of migrant worker exploitation.
