Final report of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 review
The final report of the independent review of the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act), is now available. The SRC Act is the legislative framework that underpins the Comcare workers’ compensation scheme. The independent panel were asked to consider how to improve outcomes for injured and ill workers in the scheme, while maintaining its ongoing financial viability.
