The Forward Workplan outlines a clear pathway to deliver the 9 priority recommendations of the NCIF’s Blueprint, complementing work already underway across governments and industry.

Key elements of the Forward Workplan include details on:

  • NCIF member engagement, including NCIF meetings, workshops, and out-of-session engagement
  • review points, including 'pulse checks' aligned with NCIF meetings and a full review of the Blueprint around October 2027
  • indicative phases for each priority recommendation, including scoping, consultation, development and finalisation of NCIF's advice to Government, and
  • ongoing and enabling recommendations to support delivery.
