Local Jobs, Local People Grant opportunity is now open!

As part of the extended Local Jobs Program, the Local Jobs, Local People Grant opportunity will fund activities to address local employment needs and support individuals into ongoing employment.

The grant opportunity will fund activities that address local employment needs and support individuals into ongoing employment, access training or provide a clear pathway to employment. Activities can support anyone who is unemployed or underemployed and who face barriers to employment and needs help connecting with work.

The grant will be conducted through an open competitive process and will provide a total of $10 million (GST exclusive) in funding over two years to 30 June 2027.
