This supplementary guidance applies to procurements that commenced before 1 October 2025 and supports Suppliers in understanding and implementing the Skills Guarantee PCP Version 1.
For new Approaches to Market for Eligible Projects issued from 1 October 2025, please refer to the Skills Guarantee PCP Version 1.2 and Supplementary Guidance for the Skills Guarantee PCP Version 1.2 available on the DEWR website.

Australian Skills Guarantee Procurement Connected Policy Version 1.2
From 1 October 2025, the Skills Guarantee PCP Version 1.2 applies set targets to eligible Australian Government ICT procurements with an estimated individual value of $10 million or more.

Australian Skills Guarantee Model Clauses
The Australian Skills Guarantee Model Clauses are designed to assist Commonwealth entities in implementing the requirements of the Australian Skills Guarantee Procurement Connected Policy (PCP). These clauses can be included in procurement documentation such as an Approach to Market, Contract, panel or Standing Offer, as appropriate.
