Reducing illegal phoenix activity
Illegal phoenix activity happens when a company is deliberately liquidated and restarted under a new entity to avoid paying taxes, creditors, and employee entitlements. It harms workers, suppliers, and the economy, and is monitored by the Phoenix Taskforce.
