Job description

Tasks involved

Attending to the needs of the guest and of the hotel.
Preparing rooms to the required standard.
Replenishing and controlling guest supplies and amenities.
Rotating and replacing room items.
Reporting missing items from guest rooms.

The employer is looking for people who have:

basic language, literacy, and numeracy skills – to use their rostering app and read simple instructions (support will be provided on the project)
physical capability to stand for several hours
sufficient physical ability to undertake cleaning tasks quickly and efficiently
good communication skills and an eye for detail.
