The Australian Skills Guarantee Model Clauses are designed to assist Relevant Entities in implementing the requirements of the Australian Skills Guarantee PCP. These clauses can be included in procurement documentation such as an Approach to Market, Contract, panel or Standing Offer, as appropriate, to give effect to the requirements of the PCP.
