Relevant Entities determine whether the PCP applies to a procurement, incorporate the relevant model clauses in their Approach to Market, assess Supplier Submissions, negotiate targets where required, review Gender Equality Action Plans as required, and monitor compliance through six-monthly and end of contract reporting.

Relevant Entities must ensure that their Suppliers are aware of the requirement to provide the Australian Skills Guarantee Privacy Notice to Apprentices and Learning Workers to obtain consent for DEWR to collect and use their personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
