Skills Guarantee Reporting

Australian Government agencies and their suppliers are required to use the Apprenticeships Data Management System (ADMS) to report on Skills Guarantee eligible projects. The system can be accessed by visiting the ADMS homepage.

On this page:

Suppliers

Suppliers are required to report against Skills Guarantee targets in ADMS at the end of each quarter.

Suppliers who need to report on a Skills Guarantee project, should visit the Australian Skills Guarantee reporting for suppliers and subcontractors webpage for operational guidance on how to use ADMS. This material includes instructions on how to set up an ADMS account and complete various reporting functions.

Suppliers should reach out to their Relevant Entity if they have any questions about whether their project is reportable under the Skills Guarantee.

Suppliers need to finalise their quarterly reports in ADMS within 10 working days of the end of each quarterly reporting period.

Australian Government Agencies (Relevant Entities)

Relevant Entities are required to complete compliance assessments in ADMS for each quarterly reporting period and submit these to DEWR every six months.

Australian Government agencies should visit the Australian Skills Guarantee Operational Resources and Stakeholder Engagement GovTEAMS community page for operational guidance on how to use ADMS and guidance on managing compliance.

To set up a GovTEAMS account, visit the GovTEAMS website

Relevant Entities are required to submit their compliance assessments at the end of financial quarters 2 (31 December) and 4 (30 June) based on the quarterly reports submitted by their Suppliers.

Compliance assessments are due to DEWR one calendar month after the end of each six-monthly reporting period:

  • By 31 January for quarters 1 and 2
  • By 31 July for quarters 3 and 4.
